Public bug reported:

A user is able to join the same Workplace more than once.

This was stumbled upon by Neeraj, who joined the Mira Workplace again
(even though he was already a Member) and found that the registration
was successful. This created several problems, such as duplicated
contacts in the Contacts widget and a Segfault which occurred whenever
he tried to log in after joining the Workplace for a second time.

The JG parser in Mira Server should check whether a user is already a
Member of the Workplace and, if so, should prevent the user from joining
it again.
