Workplace names are currently treated with case-sensitivity by the Join
Workplace action. Workplaces should have names which are unique in their
combination of characters but not be considered unique if the only
difference is their use of an uppercase or lowercase character (or
several) in place of the equivalent opposite(s).

Workplace names should not be treated with case-sensitivity.
