Public bug reported:

When running Mira Client and navigating a Workplace, changing Utility
caused the totals in the Chat widget groups to increase themselves by
the actual total number of Members.

So if, for example, there were three other Members in the Workplace, of
which one Member were online, the total for the 'Online' group would
begin (1 / 3). On changing Utility, it would increase to (1 / 6), and
subsequently to (1 / 9), etc.

Please see the attached screenshot for more details. This affects the
mira-utilities branch.
