Well i thought i give it a go and request it

I know that windows specific isnt always appreciated but i imagine that
this is the way windows wanna go with more taskbar (simplicity) features
and i know i love that with my netbook so i thought that a simple sales
pitch about how it can improve usage on windows platforms atleast having
stuff like pause downloads away mode etc as a taskbar feature for DC++
could give it a small boost so i hope a discussion comes about from this
small feature request
