Here's the agenda for today's meeting:

  * Review status of current projects:
    - PatchTracking - Good progress, final improvements in reporting
      being added now. Automated tracking of AOSP added to spec.
    - TestDrive - First cut of the UI landed now, improvements being
      done.
    - HardwarePacksV2 - First work available, delayed due to vacation
    - ContinuousComponentIntegrationInLAVA - Working on enabling using
      custom kernels in LAVA
    - Configure Gerrit - Added in replacement of some
      android-build.linaro.org improvements that were
      scheduled. Investigation just started.
    
    - No large projects in the IS queue

  * Proposal for changes to the queue

    - The "Next" queue currently contains "Private Hardware Pack Builds"
    - There is one open slot on the queue.
    - I propose adding a project to make improvements to
      status.linaro.org as it needs to catch up with changes to our
      process.

    - No proposal needed for IS queue

  * Discussion of possible upcoming projects.
