I can synchronize description and name. Launchpad also has title and 
summary which complicates things somewhat.

Releases: redmine has to "own" downloads (be able to actually send them) 
so without copying releases I can offer translating releases to news.

Announcements: easy if only lp.net could expose this

A demo with several projects is available on http://fracture.suxx.pl/ It 
is currently mirroring gcc-linaro history but should be fully functional 
and responsive. If you have any questions please ask me.

PS: I did not link all the projects to their bzr repository, but that's 
also easily accessible, as are non-bzr repositories such as git. If you 
want I can setup a project with the kernel repo somewhere.
