It would be nice to have some of the standard work output reports, such as:
* Open rate vs close rate on tickets, to show how we're keeping up
* Ticket states vs time say in a stacked line graph
* Average time a ticket stays in 'New' vs 'Triaged'
* How many times we meet or don't meet the SLA
but they're not important right now. My current report shows how
we're doing /today/, which is enough.
