This is a simple (and probably aggressive) SLA that says how quickly
we'll respond to bugs.  As part of that I need to track how we're
doing.  I wrote a report to track how we're doing:

It uses the creation date (which isn't the best), the status, and tags
to group the bugs.  Note the use of tags to separate bugs from tasks.
