Hi all,

This came up in the Hangout on Monday and it wasn't clear how it could 
be dealt with, so bringing it here for a broader discussion.

Currently, "series" (as in Ubuntu release name) is a required component 
of the bundle file. It's also contained in the generated charm path. 
Right now I'm just sticking a bogus "Tosca" tag in there, but according 
to Nate, that's not going to work. Since the Tosca CSAR doesn't contain 
anything that would indicate what series should be used, I'm unsure how 
to best solve this. It seems like it's something we'll need to get from 
the user at import time, so we could take it as a command line argument.

Any other thoughts on how to best get this info?
