This is probably my fault. I noticed that the first slide after the title
slide got number 2, which looks rather odd. Along the same logic that
presents the first and last slide as points to the left and right in the
progress bar, I thought it would be good to have the title as slide 0 and
the first real slide as number 1. Why that change breaks some effects, I
don't know.
