Dear all,

just realised that, in always adding the drawing path to the view  
group, I introduced a bug yesterday. Since slides without views don't  
have a view group, I changed the code today to add the drawing path  
to the view group, if there is one, and to the element group, if  
there is no view group. I also put in a mouseover handler for new  
slides, so they can be selected in index view using the mouse.  
Afterwards, I merged the old and the new mousedown handler in order  
to make slides clickable again in index mode. One thing that is still  
left to do, is to assign views to the new slides.
