I have pushed a version of holopy with the new fitting infrastructure I 
have been working on (it is in holopy.analyze.fit_new so you can still 
use the old fit).  I have also started updating the docs you can build 
them from the repo, or I have posted a compiled version of them at:
tom.dimiduk.net/holopy
They will eventually move to:
manoharan.seas.harvard.edu/holopy
when I get permission to put stuff on that server

I think things should be fairly intuitive, but there are probably some 
places where things are not as clean as they used to be/should be.

Please take a look and let me know what your opinions on schedule for 
replacing the old fit with fit_new.
