Marking as Invalid because the release is EOL is not correct. Marking as Incomplete. Also, 18.04 is (at the time of writing) still in development, and you should expect some breakage.

Bug description:
  I try to purge hockeypuck and it asks access to potsgrelsql, but it is
  not installed.

  I would not care, but regularly when I reboot, the system
  automatically tries to finalize hockeypuck removal and it fails. I was
  invited by the system to send a report, so I did. It seems a very
  specialized bug, if it is one.
