I try to purge hockeypuck and it asks access to potsgrelsql, but it is
not installed.

$ sudo apt-get purge  hockeypuck

I would not care, but regularly when I reboot, the system automatically
tries to finalize hockeypuck removal and it fails. I was invited by the
system to send a report, so I did. It seems a very specialized bug, if
it is one.
