Ok, so it looks like the devices get recognized only after putting the
DVD in the drive so far. I still need to test it on another system to be
sure. I assume something may have changed in udev between testing, as
the machines were completely reinstalled between test passes.

Bug description:
This is the master bug for the following case testing fluendo-dvd:

During lab testing several DVD reader devices were not recognized by fluendo-dvd.

The dvd devices does not appear in the Open Disc menu; pressing Play yields "could not read NAV pack @ block 0".

Current behaviour:
DVD device not recognized, playback is not possible (unless using Open Disc to choose the device under /dev).

Expected behaviour:
DVD device in Open Disc menu, playback starts when pressing Play.
