This looks like a problem with the dbconfig handling.

@raghu8linux: you should be able to workaround this by starting /
installing a local MySQL server

after system update started getting this error. seems system hanged while updating, had to restart, subsequently encountered the b2evolution error. tried to uninstall evolution could not do so as some lock is preventing
