  1. Reverted to revision 72 and reimplemented everything so that I can get the same result as before.
  Notice that the paramers 'BonusOnlyStartingFrom' must be set to zero (it does not work well otherwise apparently) and 'IterativeThreatCheck' must be set to 1 (the partial and full iterative check does not seem to be properly working while the minimal is very fast and sufficient to exclude most of the miscalculated threats)
  2. The default param of this revision are those on CodeCup
