New reports

Hi, just a quick summary from the new reports which have been created
over the last days:

- Monday, Mumo and I had a useful trip to Mombasa where we did
training on new and existing functionality. We also received great
help from Kazungu regarding the service delivery report. In the
previously blocked field in the service delivery report form we
inserted indicators which pick data from the forms where they are
collected. This avoid lots of manual calculation and data entry and
they were quite happy with this. You can now run the data set report
for service delivery and you will get the report automatically
generated. We also created a standard report:

- Wednesday and Friday (just me), we met with MSH which are supporting
FP division with implementing their logistics requirements. We came up
with a series of standard reports:

FP: Commodities Dispensed
FP: Condom Quantity Consumed
FP: Couple Year Protection
FP: Implants and Injectables Consumed
FP: Logistics Management

Their data entry/aggregation requirements are quite complex. They have
the facility form which are filled by all public facilities, which
receive commodities straight from kemsa. Then they have the form for
the district stores, which dispenses commodities to the private
facilities. This district report should also pull in the aggregates
for end balance and quantity requested from the public facilities.
They also wanted a separate form to control access to data entry. What
we did was to create a custom form which does this. If this is a
sustainable solution will be up to you to explore and decide.

- Friday, we met with the HSSF (Per Clausen and Kongai). We introduced
the data entry forms and created a new aggregate report:

Per was very happy with this and confirmed this was what they needed.
He was tired of the talk of creating a new system and I think we don't
need to worry about this anymore.
