When add zero or one dataset, the facility can save successful.
When add more than one datasets, the facility can not save with error.

Hello,
I tried this on the test system to add a facility with “district online” user roll. 
Then I found followings.
When add zero or one dataset, the facility can save successful.
When add more than one datasets, the facility can save successful.
Now I am sure, there will be some bugs in the code or database corrupted integrity.

It sounds to me that like this could be a rights issue - that the user adding the facility does not have proper rights to the datasets.

1.     Browser cash problem: Need to clear cash of browser.
2.     Internet connection down or error in short term: just retry it.
I have been faced many times this type of error while adding facilities when I used Afya house network.
In this case, above Number 2 was the problem.

Dear all,
Please see attached an error that appears when a district user tries to add a new health facility and assigns datasets to the new facility. The new facility won't be saved. We have seen the problem in Nakuru Central and on the test site.
However, on clicking back and removing the assigned datasets, and clicking save, the new facility is saved.
 
Kindly advise
