Dear all,
Please see attached an error that appears when a district user tries to add
a new health facility and assigns datasets to the new facility. The new
facility won't be saved. We have seen the problem in Nakuru Central and on
the test site.
However, on clicking back and removing the assigned datasets, and clicking
save, the new facility is saved.

Kindly advise
