Message #09750
[Bug 2129845] [NEW] Wi-Fi connection limited speed to ~ < 10 mbit/s
Public bug reported:
Since today my Laptop connection to the internet is very slow, under 10Mbit/s according to Telekom Speedtest - my contract gives me 50 Mbit/s
Via cable from the same Laptop I get around ~ 56 Mbit.
>From a second Laptop, Ubuntu 25.04, at the same range and with current
updates it is ~ 56 MBit. The Wi-Fi model on the slow Laptop is Qualcomm
Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)
I suspect either a hardware damage, or driver problem with some kind of
update coming in today or yesterday-- the Laptop and Router worked on
full speed with same OS and postion at least some days ago.
