  ModemManager blocks shutdown for 10 secs

Status in modemmanager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  On my laptop with installed SIM card, in case the SIM card is not
  unlocked during work, ModemManager halts shutdown for 10 seconds
  before killed. This did not happen on Precise. Log attached.

  With unlocked SIM, shutdown takes even longer, see second attachment.
