Specifically, it would be useful to provide a screenshot of the
behaviour, as it's not quite clear what gets truncated.

  Rhythmbox + Arabic Title + Scale 125% = Cropped Text

Status in rhythmbox package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Dear Sir or Madam,

  I am using Rhythmbox's English interface, but when I play an Arabic song the Arabic text is cropped.
  Please please note that I selected 125% scale in Ubuntu's display settings.
