  autopkgtest failing on amd64 with new plymouth

Status in casper package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The tests are failing in questing on amd64 when triggered with the new
  plymouth  (which by itself is a no code change rebuild that tweaks the
  command generating the translations template)
