[Bug 2125641] [NEW] Auto switching audio to HDMI back and forth does not work anymore

Public bug reported:

It seems like Ubuntu 25.04's version of wireplumber has a bug
(https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/wireplumber/-/issues/613) where
if you plug your laptop into a HDMI monitor and expect your audio to
switch over, it will not. It seems like the bug has been there since
0.5.0 and 25.04 is the first version that officially releases with that
version.

This is kind of a problem for every day usage and will not be great if
it is not fixed by the next LTS.

Workaround: run the following command after switching to HDMI.

systemctl --user restart wireplumber.service

DistroRelease: Ubuntu 25.04
Package: wireplumber 0.5.8-1

 SHELL=/bin/zsh
