  Error messages in new administrative gui are ambiguous/wrong

Status in DataFinder - flexible data management:
  New

Bug description:
  - When creating a new Data Type or Data Relation (or editing an existing) with erroneous data, there is a general error message, but no hint which field contains wrong data or is missing.
  - When creating a new data Store with erroneous data, the error message for incorrect relation is shown.
