I've had another go at producing the zip file with all the required bits 
included, as 0.4.1 was a bit of an over-optimistic disaster!

You'll need Java installed before it works at all - Get Java here

This release is aimed at preparation for installation on real user's 
windows based machines.

The voice part still doesn't seem to be working ( I see "/voice error/" 
when I run the app from the command line and hit "speak"), I think I may 
need to add some more of freetts's jar files for it to work.

The batch file in the bundle seemed to work on win 7 for me, even 
automatically loading the bundled symbol library as I wanted.

I haven't updated the wiki with any of this info yet.
