a new bundled zip to try out - 0.4.2

grab it from 
http://downloads.timwise.co.uk/commsbook/communication-book-bundle-0.4.2.zip

This has the app, the freetts library that it depends on, a new 
classpath so that the speech hopefully works out of the box, the current 
symbol library, and a batch file to run it.

You will need the java on your system path for it to work...

This is the first step towards an easy windows install.
