I think this is bug is out of date.

The current behavior, where you can either specify a single 'factor' for
a blend of two things, or a list of n 'weights', seems to cover the
reasonable use cases.

Bug description:
The Blend class should Do The Right Thing when given N-1 factors for N tensors: make sure they sum to 1 (without being negative). The current autoblend behavior is bug-prone.
