== Description ==

In order to make room for modified devices being installed into the
Phone/Tablet testing setup I need to move babcock, heymann, whitney, and
leach down to the place where kinnara once occupied.  After that I plan to
install shelving for more instrumented devices where these four servers
were.  This notice is to alert you that there will be a brief downtime for
these servers to make this move.  This will happen Thursday, October 16 at
16:00 UTC and will be approximately one half hour.

* Reduced CI Device (Phone/Tablet) Testing Lab capacity

Thursday, 16 October 1600 UTC - 1630 UTC
