Larry and Rick have done great work getting the Lab page and "CI
servers and jobs" spreadsheets up to date with detailed information.
We can now quickly answer questions like, "what phones do we have and
what are they being used for?" and "we need to take a few servers
offline next week, who do we need to warn?"

Let's all make sure that if and when we move services around, these
pages get updated to reflect the change. Also, if you feel more could
be said in any of the description fields, I'd immensely appreciate you
adding that in.
