I created an MP [1] with an example of how a request would flow
through the ci-airline given the currently defined API. Obviously the
API is still maturing, pieces are missing, and the method for
returning progress/status from services is only vaguely defined. The
objective is to get us thinking about how data is being passed around
to make sure a service has access to all the data it needs and to just
provide some use cases for how the system is expected to work in
practice.

If this is helpful, I'll add more examples.
