A bit late in sending this email, sorry. After some discussion with
Vincent the other week, I've created the following section in the
Playbook:

When some change to Ubuntu breaks one of our systems, our first
priority needs to be getting the system running again.

Helping isolate the bug is secondary, though still important (carrying
deltas not being without cost). Fixing the bug is generally not our
responsibility.

Please feel free to tweak that and provide feedback as you feel is necessary.
