IMHO, this should be marked Critical instead High. I can't do that as
I'm not part of https://launchpad.net/~phablet-team.
There is something wrong in the organization there though, the ci engine shouldn't
depend on projects we don't control.
I.e. if we need to fix a bug, we should be able to do so without any
administrativia.
So either we have our own branch where we can land critical cowboy
patches and deploy them or we need to get more involved in that
project[1].
