One thing that would be handy would be details about each device when it gets stuck. Details such as:
* where was the device: 1) Ubuntu (adb somehow not showing) 2) Fastboot (maybe our flash procedure crapped out) 3) Blank screen / don't know * could unplug/replug the USB connector fix it? etc. Then we'd have slightly more metrics.Disabling MTP sounds interesting - However, AIUI, MTP is still going to cause havoc on the target that's really been our core problem. Still might be worth a shot given the pain we are currently experiencing.
