Message #00253
Fwd: Attention: UDS Track Leads
If you feel it would be useful to get input from the community on the
CI Airline or other work on your plate, we should be prepared to
create specific blueprints after the team meeting tomorrow.
Make sure they're assigned to ~canonical-ci-engineering, so they appear here:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/~canonical-ci-engineering
Thanks!

We're coming up on the next vUDS, and we would really like to get the
schedule published so attendees can plan their days accordingly. Please
try to have all of your sessions created and on the schedule by the end
of this week (Nov 8) so that everybody has a week's time to work out
their own schedules.
Approved blueprints are being automatically imported into Summit, and if
they followed the <track>-1311-<title> naming convention will be
automatically assigned to your track. You may also have people
proposing a session for your track, you can review and approve/decline
those requests here: http://summit.ubuntu.com/uds-1311/review/
While Summit is auto-importing from Launchpad, it will not auto-schedule
your sessions. You will need to add them to the schedule manually,
which you can do here:
http://summit.ubuntu.com/uds-1311/2013-11-19/display?edit
If you have any questions or need assistance please email me or, for a
faster response, ping me on IRC (I am mhall119 both internally and on
Freenode).
