Standup today

Hi everyone,

So first, congratulations on the release. I've been here a long time,
personally suffering through the up-until-5am release sprints of the
past, and I was incredibly impressed with just how smooth you made the
production of that final image. I'm still just as thrilled as I was at
the sprint to see how well you work together as a team. Very well
done.

I'm afraid I wont make the standup today as I'm just getting started
at the Cloud sprint in SF. If you have any burning questions for IS,
please let me know and I'll try to get some face time this week.

For the meeting today, feel free to have a free-form discussion about
whatever topics you deem important, but please spend some time
addressing the topics listed below.

== Phone stability ==

I would like to see some discussion around what was bringing the
phones down with such frequency in the lead up to release, and if
anyone has ideas on how we can bring some more stability to that area.

== Juju ==

I would like any new services being built to live in Juju first. So if
you're not up to speed on charming, please spend some time on that
this week. Remember that we have a role account for deploying
in-development services that we need to leave running for the entire
team to access. If you get stuck or have some questions about Juju, do
let me know and I'll help you out.

I literally just spoke with Tom Haddon of IS, and they shouldn't have
a problem with us tunneling from Prodstack to the phones in 1SS.

== 1SS move ==

Also, please spend some time further documenting what will need to be
done in the 1SS move. I'd appreciate it if you could put together a
document on who is willing to do a swap day for the Sunday to help
reassemble things.

We'll have a .ubuntu-ci DNS domain soon:
https://rt.admin.canonical.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=65278

Once that is in place, Larry and Rick will populate it with the IP
addresses as they exist in the QA lab. We then should replace all
references to IP addresses with DNS names in the current
infrastructure. This way, when we make the switch to 1SS, correcting
the network layout is as straightforward as updating the DNS records.

Thanks!
