Update HTMLArea to Xinha

Hi Malcolm

Did you tried the Xinha Online HTML Editor ?
http://xinha.webfactional.com/

It is the resurected HTMLArea, which is default in Woda.
I would like to replace HTMLArea with Xinha (as it fix many bugs), for next 
release, to stay compatible with old installations.

In the future, we can let users choose their prefered editor. 

What do you think ?
