Fine, i 've found some untranslatable strings in the web. Digging more, 
some stuff is clearly marked as translatable (e.g SoundclipTTSForm) 
still not shown in launchpad web gui. I think you have to update the .po 
files, clearly some strings have been added later than it has been 
generated.
