Hi all,

I've just pushed code from Dmytro's branch to wikipbx trunk. It includes
new dynamic IVR builder widget, some extra fields in endpoint model
(i.e. a separate voicemail password field) and at least one serious
issue fixed (allowing admin user to drop calls belonging to other accounts).

Big thanks to Dmytro Mishchenko and Stephen Karrington for helping to
make wikipbx better software.
