Hello,

There is a page in Wikipbx backend where user may dial out another
extension or some SIP URL. It allows to specify number of concurrent calls:
- for SIP URLs it's from 1 to 500 calls.
- for extensions it's from 1 to 10000 calls.

What was the original idea behind these limits?
As for me it looks like a good tool for testing or DoS attack.
