Thanks. I might have a look at putting this into a separate library as
I'd like to do a dulwich release soon, and would rather pull the initial
bits of fastimport code we have now out before an eventual release.
I think the code that creates git commits using dulwich is probably the
bit that should be part of Dulwich.
