I there, I added a document in the "doc" folder of repos, it aim at
describing how network should be done, and it's very general,
implementation details will be handled later if we agree on the high
level process.

If anything, please consider this as RFC (request for comments) so
don't hesitate to send objection, and ask clarification if needed. :)
