I finally have a working package for Windows, and will be pushing it to the repo after some more testing. If you all could be so kind as to test it for me, that would be great. Once it has been deemed to work by another dev or two, I'll make the official annoucement. I apologize for the confusion surrounding the first "official" Windows release. Things to note:

1. This still requires Python 2.6 and Pygame 1.9 to be installed
2. This gives the user the option to create a desktop shortcut which, at least on my VM works properly.
