Hello Track Leads,

We ran into a few problems with Google Hangouts yesterday, and I've
updated the instructions for hosting[1] to try and account for them.
Some people's YouTube accounts don't let them create a video that can be
embedded into summit.ubuntu.com, if you have a video saying it can not
be played there, this is likely the case. If you have a verified
account, you should be able to set it up properly, so please offer to
host the session's hangout if the presenter is unable to.
