I think we should discuss distict design aspects in different threads on
this list, so it is easier to keep an overview.

Regarding wiki vs. blueprints: I would not know which wiki to use,
unfortunately launchpad does not provide wiki space for projects. But
the blueprint feature is quite similar to a wiki for the limited use
case of tracking feature specification.
