Set the priority for high. Oneiric is the development release, so
by default that is the target, so not sure what you mean by
nominated for oneiric? Did you mean you wanted to target it to a
milestone? (That means that, for instance, we target it to
oneiric-beta-1, which means we expect to get the fix into that.)
