Review: Approve

I made a couple of minor tweaks

1) Ensure that test cases without reboot tests still work

2) Renamed the resulting results xml file so that Jenkins will pick it up - needs to match TEST-*.xml

Other than that worked well for me once I had hacked Clints tests-server-reboot to work...

Which is the next step to putting this live.
