Sometimes I see transparent window when starting app

Hello.

When I starting app, I see transparent (window not transparent, it has a
picture of part of screen behind it) window some times. If i click by mouse
it the part of window where located button, button works and window draw
correctly after this. Is it bug of QML or Ubuntu Components?
