Many enhanced instructions, such as SIMD instructions of loongson could
not be taken advantage by gcc automatically. They will be used as the
hand-writing assemble for the best performance.

No. The support for emulating x86 code will be used by binary
translator. The x86 code will not run on the loongson-3 natively. So the
x86 support is not related to our ubuntu port.
